The 57-year-old was allegedly taken into custody over two misdemeanors: electronic communication harassment and electronic disclosure of personal identifying information.
Kelley documented the experience via Instagram Stories, telling her followers she felt “confused” and “scared.”
The former reality star wrote, “The police are at my house to arrest me. I have no idea why. Deputy Norton said I must comply and will.
“I am not suicidal,” she continued. “I am no danger to anyone. I have done nothing. … I was about to go on a date and this was the first time I could breathe.”
Kelley asked that someone “please come and help” and “please fight for” her.
She has not posted on social media since — and did not return Page Six’s request for comment.
The former MTV personality shared a series of bizarre uploads earlier that same day, calling out an “old friend who banned [her] from a bar” and dissing Scott, whom she called the “most hated man on earth.”
Kelley, who married the “Party of Five” alum in 2004, demanded, “Send the kids now!!! No more games. This is war. Last chance before I go to the press.”
She subsequently posted what appeared to be the actor’s phone number, writing, “Let’s let dimples field his own press.”
Kelley claimed in concerning statements that she had a flight the following morning to “leave for six months” because she had “surrender[ed]” and wouldn’t “fight another minute.”
She wrote, “The kids hate me. The town hates me. And I love my life! I’m so happy and all I wanted was to see my kids before I left. I love you Scott. Take care of our kids.”
Kelley and Scott have been making headlines all summer since the “Nancy Drew” alum filed for divorce from his wife in June.
That same month, Kelley filmed herself being detained by police and being “taken against [her] will” to a hospital.
She was placed under a second involuntary hold in July.
Scott, who has temporary sole custody of son Jackson, 16, son Miller, 12, and daughter Lucy, 11, told People earlier this month that he wants to protect “the well being of [his] children.”
Kelley claimed Friday that she has not seen her kids in months as the contentious split rages on.
