Notably, Swift made her podcast debut with Kelce — and announced her forthcoming album, “Life of a Showgirl” — on a “New Heights” episode which aired Aug. 13.
The couple shared proposal pics in a joint Instagram post 13 days later on the 26th, which is 13 plus 13.
Additionally, the upload went live at 1 p.m. ET — 13:00 in military time.
1:00 also resembles 100, which Kelce pointed out on “New Heights” is the sum of his jersey number, 87, and 13.
“That’s numerology,” Swift, 35, told listeners at the time. “I love numerology. I love math stuff, I love dates. That stuff I find really fun.”
Social media users have also pointed out that the Aug. 26 reveal could be linked to the 26th song on Swift’s “Tortured Poets Department” album, “The Prophecy.”
In the hit, the songwriter opened up about love being “gone again” and pleaded, “I’ve been on my knees / Change the prophecy.”
Elsewhere in the song, she continued, “But even statues crumble if they’re made to wait / I’m so afraid I sealed my fate / No sign of soulmates / I’m just a paperweight in shades of greige.”
One X user gushed on Tuesday that Kelce had indeed “changed the prophecy.”

Another wrote, “Travis actually DEFEATED the prophecy.”
The couple started dating in the summer of 2023, and Page Six reported Tuesday that Travis got down on one knee a “couple weeks ago.”
Travis’ dad, Ed Kelce, hinted that the proposal took place around the podcast episode, confirming to ABC News 5 Cleveland that the duo got engaged nearly two weeks ago.
Fans have since spotted clues that the engagement happened after the recording, from Swift’s matching manicure to apparent headphone marks in her hair.
“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married 🧨,” the pair captioned snaps from the romantic moment.
The carousel included a close-up look at Swift’s Artifex Fine ring, which her fiancé helped design.
We hear the sparkler could be worth seven figures.
