“Your English teacher and your gym teacher are getting married,” Swift captioned an Instagram post of pictures from Kelce’s proposal.
The pair have been an item since the summer of 2023, after Kelce divulged on his “New Heights” podcast that he’d attempted to meet the songstress on her Eras Tour.
She’s since joined the Chiefs star at numerous games, including both the 2024 and 2025 Super Bowls. He, in turn, traveled the globe as the Eras Tour went international.
They shared some elements of their love story on “New Heights” — which is co-hosted by Kelce’s ex-NFLer brother, Jason — in an episode that broke the internet when it dropped on YouTube earlier this month.
“Travis decided to use it as his personal dating app two years ago,” Swift said.
Here is the latest Taylor Swift and Travis Kelce news
“I give the Eras Tour credit because if I had never gone to that show and left with such a desire to want to meet you, I would have never went on here and told everybody how butthurt I was,” Kelce added. “I was so engulfed in the curiosity of who you were.”
It’s certainly possible that Swift’s appearance on the podcast came after they were engaged — though they instead discussed their relationship and Swift’s upcoming album, “The Life of a Showgirl.”
With what is expected to be Kelce’s final NFL season to start on Sept. 5 against the Chargers in Brazil and Swift’s newest opus set to drop on Oct. 3, there’s plenty to do before they can start planning what will be inescapable nuptials.
Not that anyone should expect any details to leak beforehand.
