The new kid on the fall menu is the Pecan Oatmilk Cortado. The hot, 8-oz. drink is a seasonal twist on the Brown Sugar Oatmilk Cortado that was added to menus at the start of the year. This version has three ristretto shots of Blonde Espresso, steamed oatmilk and “notes of pecan, rich brown butter, holiday baking spices,” per a press release. A sprinkle of pecan crunch is added on top.

PEOPLE got a first taste of Starbucks’ Pecan Oatmilk Cortado and we are in agreement: pecan is the flavor of the season. Each sip has enough nutty flavors for an autumnal taste without it being overwhelming. The hot beverage has a big kick of caffeine from its three Blonde Espresso shots and is deliciously creamy, despite being dairy-free.
The other in-store drink options are all returning beverages, but that doesn’t make them any less exciting.
The Pumpkin Spice Latte is still full of real pumpkin, cinnamon, nutmeg and clove with a whipped cream and pumpkin pie spice topping. Just like previous years, the drink is available hot, iced or blended.
The Pumpkin Cream Cold Brew and Iced Pumpkin Cream Chai are also back to satisfy pumpkin cravings. The Pecan Crunch Oatmilk Latte is also returning to menus for a limited time.
The fall food menu has one new item: Italian Sausage Egg Bites. The sous vide breakfast item is full of crumbled sausage, sundried tomato pesto, basil and Monterey Jack cheese. The beloved Pumpkin Cream Cheese Muffin and Raccoon Cake Pop are coming back, too.
