“I’d love to pick his brain,” Farmiga, 52, told People in an interview published Monday, adding that she saw the real estate news that broke earlier this month and sent it to Wilson, 52.

Farmiga explained she had been “so curious as to what was going to happen” with the house and wonders what Rife’s “intentions are” in buying it.

“It’s a private little street. There are neighbors everywhere,” Wilson noted. “[The Warrens] lived in the same house for a long, long time, so it’s not like some estate on a massive acreage. It’s just on a block. It’s a normal house on a street in Monroe, Connecticut.”

“So I am curious,” Wilson continued. “I can’t imagine the people that live on that street want lines of cars paying money to go into the house.”

The home, located in Monroe, Conn., was once owned by the real-life couple who conducted over 3,000 paranormal investigations that inspired movies like “The Conjuring” and “The Amityville Horror.”

Rife, 29, announced Aug. 1 he bought the house alongside his pal and YouTube star Elton Castee and was the new “legal guardian” of the famed Annabelle doll.

However, he did clarify that they don’t have permanent ownership of the 750 haunted artifacts and items in the Warren museum.

“The Conjuring films are my favorite scary movies of all time,” the stand-up comic shared on TikTok. “So I’m incredibly honored to have taken over one of the most prominent properties in paranormal history.”

Farmiga joked that she hopes Rife “doesn’t have a garage sale” following his big purchase.

“That’d be funny,” Wilson said with a laugh.

Rife has not revealed how much he spent for the “Conjuring” house.

The Warrens lived there for several decades and opened the museum in the basement in 1952. Ed died in 2006 at the age of 79, while Lorraine died in 2019 at the age of 92.

The home and museum were not open to the public in recent years after it was shut down in 2019 due to zoning issues.

Farmiga and Wilson first played the Warrens in 2013’s “The Conjuring” and returned for multiple more films in the horror franchise.

The duo will say goodbye to their characters in “The Conjuring: Last Rites,” which comes out in theaters Sept. 5.
