The rest of Katherine’s photos showed a glimpse into the family’s vacation in Cape Cod. Shriver, 69, and Katherine’s husband, Chris Pratt, were also on the trip.

Pratt, 46, showed off his ripped physique while he was shirtless on the boat sitting next to Shriver in one of the pictures.

“A perfect day ☀️🌊,” Katherine, 35, captioned her post.

Christopher previously showed off his weight loss in June, when he and his siblings supported their dad at the “FUBAR” Season 2 premiere in Los Angeles.

At the event, Christopher wore a black suit while posing for pictures with Arnold, 78, Katherine, his sister Christina, 34, and his brother Patrick, 31.

In May, Christopher explained how he lost so much weight at Beacher Vitality’s Happy & Healthy Summit.

“It was a big process,” he shared during the panel, explaining that in 2019 he was on a trip to Australia but couldn’t do most of the activities because he was too heavy.

“I was like, ‘I want to go skydiving.’ And my friends were like, ‘Yeah, no shot.’ I was like, ‘Yeah, I can’t skydive,’” he recalled.

Christopher also explained that he tried losing weight since high school which was a “trial and error” process. But once he decided to remove bread from his diet, he dropped 30 pounds.

“Weirdly enough, I gave up bread for Lent,” he said during the panel “I was like, ‘Well, if I’m giving up bread, I might as well just take the opportunity and I’m a good Catholic boy, so I’m not going to break it.’ And that was my one rule. I was like, ‘I’m not going to break Lent.’ And so I lost 30 pounds just through that.”

Arnold applauded Christopher’s “fantastic” weight loss journey in an interview with The Times in June.

“The self-discipline and the self-motivation. I always felt one day it will have to come from him — and it did,” the “Terminator” actor said.
