‘The Flip Off,’ ‘Love It or List It,’ and ‘Renovation Aloha’ Land Renewals at HGTV

HGTV is continuing to keep you glued to your couch with their upcoming programming slate.

The network announced on Thursday that The Flip Off (helmed by Christina Haack, Tarek El Moussa, and heather El Moussa) has landed a season renewal, as have Love It or List It (hosted by David Visentin and Page Turner), and Renovation Aloha (led by Kamohai and Tristyn Kalama). This news arrives on the heels of The Flip Off‘s inaugural season, as well as Turner’s first season on Love it or List It after replacing series alum Hilary Farr.

But that’s not all!

The new series Tropic Like It’s Hot, which will “put alluring destinations and luxury living in the tropics center stage for buyers looking to turn up the heat in life and love,” will air later this year. Meanwhile fellow new programs Cheap A$$ Beach Houses—which is set to “humorously show viewers how to own a slice of affordable paradise”—and Home Town spin-off Home Town: Inn This Together will debut in 2026.

Home Town hosts Ben and Erin Napier, who will be back with a new installment of their flagship series early next year, are set to take on the spin-off, where they will “join forces with their family and friends Jim, Mallorie and Josh to restore the dilapidated 1930 Kress building in downtown Laurel, Mississippi.”

“The trio believe the 25,000-square-foot space will be the perfect setting for a hotel, food venue and storefront, but they’ll need Ben and Erin’s magic touch to make their dream a reality,” HGTV’s description adds.

Plus, two new holiday programs are also in store: a series currently under the title of Hoarding for the Holidays , which will allow viewers to “marvel at some of America’s most festive families where the spirit of the season takes over every inch of life; and White House Christmas 2025, a one-hour special chronicling the White House’s holiday transformation.

As for HGTV’s September slate, fans will see the returns of 100 Day Dream Home, Sin City Rehab, Scariest House in America, and Help! I Wrecked My House.

Retta, who hosts both Scariest House in America and Ugliest House in America, teased another spinoff idea to DECIDER earlier this summer.

“I’d like to do ‘Comfortable Houses In Europe,’” she quipped.
