‘Love Island USA’ Season 7 Reunion: Olandria And Chelley Confront Huda Over Bully Allegations: “That Sh*t Hurt”
The drama post-Love Island USA has been just as juicy as what went down in the villa this summer. Luckily for curious fans, the Islanders are addressing it all, cheating allegations included, at the Season 7 reunion, according to a new supersized trailer released by Peacock today.
Since returning to reality, Season 7 winners Amaya Espinal and Bryan Arenales have found themselves at the center of cheating rumors, with a TikTok user claiming in a since-deleted video that she caught Bryan cozying up to another woman at a Los Angeles night club, then later taking said woman into a private room at the Airbnb he was sharing with the cast. While Bryan and Amaya quickly dispelled breakup speculation by posting a TikTok together, neither have commented on the cheating allegations—until now.
When co-host Andy Cohen asks about the rumors in the reunion trailer, Bryan admits, “I had a lapse in judgment.” However, it seems he and Amaya are still together, since he also gushed over how much his mom enjoyed spending time with the New York native. “My mom loved Amaya. She shed a tear when she left,” Bryan says in the teaser, while Amaya gushes that his mom is a “sensitive gangster” just like her.
The trailer also teases the long-awaited showdown between Huda Mustafa and Chelley Bissainthe and Olandria Carthen.
In response to Huda’s claims that she was bullied by her fellow Islanders, Chelley says, “It’s like I’d seen two different people. You were saying things like, ‘Oh, I want you to meet my daughter.’ I was excited for those moments. But then when we get out it’s like a complete switch.” Olandria, for her part, sobs as she tells Mustafa, “That shit hurt, bro. We were close. You didn’t even fucking speak up for me.”
They’re not the only ones who appear to go at it at the reunion. It looks like Jeremiah Brown will confront Ace Greene for encouraging the other Islanders to vote him out of the villa just as he started to form a connection with bombshell Andreina Santos.
“I’m going through hell right now and you’re calling me a scammer? Come on, bro,” Jeremiah says, while Ace adds, “Seeing that I’m the only person responsible for sending a person home is crazy.”
The reunion will also show an extended version of the heart-rate challenge, and reveal whether there’s anything going on between Jeremiah and Belle-A Walker, who was the first Islander to get dumped from the villa in Season 7.
The Love Island USA Season 7 reunion airs Monday, Aug. 25 at 9/8c on Peacock.
