Howard Stern asks Sofía Vergara to breastfeed him in creepy resurfaced interview
Busted!
Howard Stern is facing backlash over a resurfaced interview in which he asked Sofía Vergara to breastfeed him.
Stern kicked off the 2003 sit-down on his radio show by complimenting her chest, according to a video shared on Reddit.
“Now, you’ve taken off your coat. You do have a big chest, and I’m going to tell you something — don’t touch it,” Stern told the actress after she took off her jacket to reveal her black T-shirt underneath.
“I like it,” he added, causing Vergara to smile awkwardly and muster a polite, “Thank you very much.”
Despite her noticeable discomfort, Stern continued to comment on her body.
“Believe me, there is no greater man on this planet than me, and if I tell you your chest is attractive, you keep it,” he demanded.
Vergara agreed, telling him in almost a whisper, “OK, I’ll never touch it.”
He then claimed that the “Modern Family” star’s mother gave her “the best advice,” which is, “Don’t touch those boobs.”
Vergara tried to laugh off the exchange before Stern jumped in to ask if she breastfed her son, Manolo. The “Griselda” star gave birth to her son when she was just 19.
When she confirmed that she had breastfed Manolo, now 33, Stern creepily replied, “Oh, that must’ve been unbelievable.”
“That wasn’t unbelievable — I was like 19,” Vergara fired back.
Stern joked that there must have been “so much milk,” prompting Vergara to exclaim that there’s “no respect here.”
“Oh, come on. I’m respecting you all over the place,” he said, before weirdly stating, “That kid must’ve been fat from eating all that milk. I would love to feed from you.”
“If you don’t want to go out with me, then at least let me feed from your chest,” he pressed.
Vergara swiftly shut him down, telling him, “But I’m not pregnant now,” to which Stern joked, “Oh, that can be arranged.”
Appalled viewers flooded the comments section of the old clip to express their horror at Stern’s invasive line of questioning.
“Never seen an interview with him where he wasn’t disgusting to any of the women he had on the show,” one person wrote.
“What the actual f–k…And she even told him he was being disrespectful and he just brushed her off and made another gross joke. Why did she just not walk out??” a second person commented.
“This is f–king disgusting. He’s a pig,” someone added, with another writing, “He is the worst.”
It seems that Vergara took the whole thing in stride, however, as she returned to his radio show for another interview in 2015 while promoting her film, “Hot Pursuit.”
Page Six has reached out to reps for Stern, 71, and Vergara, 54, for comment.
The cringeworthy conversation with Vergara resurfaced after reports swirled that Stern’s SiriusXM show is in trouble as it approaches the end of its $500 million contract.
However, sources claimed this week that Stern’s team was behind the gossip in an attempt to up his relevancy.
