Husband of woman found dead in national forest seen on Ring footage dragging large object from home: report
The husband of a California woman found dead in a national forest was seen on home security camera footage dragging an oddly shaped object wrapped in a sheet from his Los Angeles County home, according to a report.
Ring camera footage from a neighbor showed 36-year-old Jossimar Cabrera on Aug. 12 hauling away a green sack or sheet containing what investigators believe is the body of his wife Sheylla Cabrera, 33, KTLA reported, citing the Los Angeles County Sheriff’s Department.

The body of the mother of three was found on Aug. 13 in Angeles National Forest wrapped in a tarp or sheet that appeared to match the one Jossimar Cabrera was seen hauling, the report stated.
After determining Sheylla Cabrera’s identification, investigators went to the couple’s Lancaster, Cali., home where they found no sign of Jossimar or the couple’s children, who were initially declared missing.
On Saturday, the children were found in Peru, where they were taken by their Peruvian-national father, who apparently fled the US prior to his wife’s dead body being discovered, FoxLA reported.

Officials with the LASD stated they are working with Peruvian law enforcement counterparts to extradite Cabrera who is expected to face murder charges, according to KTLA.
A cause of death for Sheylla Cabrera has yet to be announced.
