Jake Paul smashes his brother Logan Paul’s lavish wedding cake in bizarre clip

Jake Paul posted a bizarre video of himself smashing his brother’s wedding cake this week.

His older brother, YouTuber-turned-WWE star Logan Paul, 30, tied the knot with long-term girlfriend, Danish model Nina Agdal, 33, at a lavish Lake Como wedding on Friday.

During the ceremony, his younger brother, a pro boxer and content creator, said he was brought to tears, sharing a post saying, “I’ve seriously been crying.”

But Jake, who starred in the Netflix biopic “The Problem Child,” is known as a bit of a troublemaker, and it didn’t take long for the sentimental mood to turn to chaos.

As the guests partied long into the night at the no-expenses-spared reception, Jake bizarrely ended up destroying his brother’s extravagant cake.

Sharing a clip on his socials, captioned, “Jake or cake?” the influencer showed himself squaring up and punching the giant, three-tiered dessert, alongside his brother.

In the background, Sister Sledge’s “We Are Family” plays as the pair continue to bash the cake together, with sponge pieces flying everywhere and chunks dropping to the floor.

The cake became so unsteady at one point that a guest had to come over and help steady the table it was on.

At the end of the clip, Jake appears satisfied with his efforts and cheers with his hands in the air before sharing a long hug with his brother.

Guests gathered around the spectacle, phones in hand, egging them on, but Logan’s new wife, Agdal, was nowhere to be seen.

From one angle, it looks as if the cake hasn’t even been cut yet.

The general sentiment online was, “Why…?”

“What is this? What am I watching? Someone is marrying this?” someone asked.

“Such a weird party,” another claimed.

“Are they marrying … each other?” a different user wondered.

Others called it “embarrassing,” “a circus,” and “a red flag.”

Meanwhile, some compared the nuptials to a “fancy frat party,” and one pointed out, “Their performance of masculinity is very intriguing, to say the least.”

“This is proof that money can never buy class,” chimed in one critic, while someone else said, “Wasting food while children are starving in Africa …”

Many commenters also sympathised with Agdal, with one saying, “I know she’s crying in a room by herself right now.”

“If I were a bride, I would be livid,” someone else claimed.

“Divorce, babe. Divorce,” another urged.

“His wife probably picked out that design, curated the flavours for the wedding, paid well over 5k – and for what? So a man could ruin it all,” read another comment.

Others expressed sympathy for the pastry chef who made the cake.

It’s unknown who that was though, and in an Instagram carousel with photos of the cake, Logan notably didn’t tag the cake maker, despite tagging all other vendors from the day.

The wedding planner, @lakecomoweddings, also left the cake vendor off their Instagram coverage of the day.

The wedding comes two years after WWE star Paul proposed to Agdal in Italy.

“Today is the day I ask the love of my life to marry me,” the YouTube personality said in a video shared in 2023.

“Fourteen months ago, I fell in love with the most beautiful human being I’ve ever seen in my life, and I have been waiting for this day ever since.”

They welcomed their first child, Esme, in September 2024.

After the wedding, Logan took to Instagram to gush about Agdal.

“God delivered in every way. This wedding was the perfect way to kick off the rest of our lives @ninaagdal,” he said. “I love you and our beautiful baby girl Esme so so much. Let’s make more babies.”
