Ex-Nashville cop Sean Herman enters new plea after being arrested for groping OnlyFans star’s breasts during mock traffic stop
The ex-Tennessee cop arrested for groping an OnlyFans model’s breast during a mock traffic stop for a raunchy x-rated promotional video while on duty entered a new plea to escape jail time.
Former Nashville police officer Sean Herman pleaded no contest to felony official misconduct in Nashville’s criminal court on Thursday, following his arrest in 2024.
As a result of his new plea, Herman, 35, was sentenced to a year of supervised probation.
He was also granted judicial diversion, meaning that if eligible defendants successfully complete probation as ordered, their cases may be dismissed and the charges cleared from their record.
The 35-year-old was fired from the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department in May 2024 after detectives with the Specialized Investigations Division discovered that Herman was the officer wearing his uniform in the X-rated video produced by local OnlyFans star Jordin.
The scandalous skit shows Jordin after she is “pulled over,” exposing her breast and then inviting the officer to grope her in a bid to avoid a ticket, News Channel 5 previously reported.
She is then seen grabbing his crotch as the officer touches her breasts.
While the officer cannot be seen from the shoulders up, part of his police patch on his arm was briefly exposed as he reached for the OnlyFans creator’s breast, revealing that he worked for the Nashville department.
The investigation determined the video was created on April 26 in a warehouse parking lot while Herman was on duty as a patrol officer.
Herman was arrested and charged with two counts of official misconduct that June. He was later released on a $3,000 bond.
He was with the Metropolitan Nashville Police Department for three years before he was canned.
“That was one of the most outrageous, disrespectful acts that a person here could do and, by disrespectful, I mean to all the MNPD employees and this agency,” the department said at the time.
A state board indefinitely suspended Herman’s certification to be a law enforcement officer in Tennessee in August 2024, meaning he could argue for reinstatement once the criminal case is closed.
Jordin told Law & Crime in March that the video wasn’t shot for her content on OnlyFans, but rather for promotional purposes to share on X and increase “clicks.”
The content creator, who appeared alongside her husband, identified as “hubs,” stated that she did not know Herman before the video and that he had responded to a post on a Reddit page about potentially filming a full video in the future.
The online interaction evolved into the couple hatching the idea for a fake traffic stop promotional clip.
They said they ran the idea by Herman, who agreed to participate, and shot the video before his shift started.
Jordin said that after Herman was charged for his role in the x-rated skit, she tried to “stay out of it,” since by then she was no longer in communication with the ex-officer. However, she did say she took the video down once she realized the backlash Herman was facing.
While Herman was fired and arrested, Jordin said her subscription numbers skyrocketed on her OnlyFans account following the coverage the story received.
In another interview with OutKick back in May 2024, Jordin blamed local media for bringing the clip to the attention of law enforcement.
“I’m under the impression that the local media turned it in to the department. I do believe that it was from my Twitter. The video was sitting at 2 million views at that point and had been retweeted 5,500 times, so it’s safe to assume that was the culprit,” she said.
As for Herman, she added that he was “a very respectful guy, very polite, and wasn’t an officer that would’ve fit a profile that many are lumping him into.”
