Taylor Swift Super Bowl halftime show gains traction after ‘New Heights’ appearance

A Taylor Swift Super Bowl halftime show is gaining steam.

In the days since the pop star joined boyfriend Travis Kelce’s “New Heights” podcast, the rumor mill has churned about a potential on-stage appearance at Levi’s Stadium during the Big Game.

And prediction markets have followed.

Since Swift’s podcast appearance, her odds of being the headline performer at Super Bowl 2026 have skyrocketed.

As recently as last Monday, Swift’s chances to get the nod were just 6 percent at Kalshi, which was well behind Post Malone (19 percent) and Metallica (13 percent).

Kalshi is a CFTC-licensed derivative market that allows betting on real-life events.

Now, with her fans speculating that the 14-time Grammy award winner hinted toward a potential Super Bowl halftime appearance during her conversation with Kelce and his older brother, ex-Eagles star Jason Kelce, Swift is suddenly a massive favorite to get behind the mic in Santa Clara.

On Saturday afternoon, Kalshi is giving Swift a 59 percent chance to be the next halftime performer, with more than $272,000 wagered.

On Friday night, she reached as high as 65 percent.

Some of the so-called hints on the podcast seem far-fetched, but the Swifties are apparently convinced by how quickly Kalshi’s odds shifted.

Swift discussed her love of sourdough bread on the show with Kelce.

She also mentioned that she’s thinking about sourdough bread “60 percent of the time,” which her fans claim was a nod to Super Bowl 60.

After Jason Swift a long introduction, the singer thanked him “for screaming for like 47 seconds for me.”

Betting on the NFL?

Levi’s Stadium just so happened to be her 47th stop on her “Eras” tour.

Whether she was dropping Easter eggs — or, perhaps, bread crumbs — or not, it appears a Swiftie halftime show is as real a possibility as ever.
