Travis Kelce packs on PDA with Taylor Swift during ‘New Heights’
Taylor Swift’s appearance on Wednesday’s internet-breaking “New Heights” podcast had a little bit of everything, from bread puns to hand-holding and kissing with her boyfriend, the show’s co-host and star Chiefs tight end Travis Kelce.
The couple, who gushed over their first date in the summer of 2023 — among other intimate moments — kissed numerous times and couldn’t stop gazing at each other throughout the two-hour conversation with Travis’ brother, retired Eagles legend Jason Kelce.
At one point, Swift, 35, grabbed Travis’ chin and said, “You’re so handsome.”
It came after the three-time Super Bowl champ chimed in with, “She’s so hot when she says big words.”
The 14-time Grammy winner — who also announced the Oct. 3 release date of her new album, “The Life of a Showgirl” — and the future Hall of Famer, 35, didn’t hold back their PDA in what was arguably Swift’s most candid interview to date.
Travis kissed the “Fortnight” singer’s head when she began crying while telling the story of buying back her masters.
Swift recalled falling to the floor in tears after receiving a call from her mom, Andrea, informing her that she got her music catalog back.
“I open the door and he’s playing video games… I [tell him] and start absolutely heaving crying — dropped, had no power in my legs to support myself,” Swift said.
“I started crying too, you know, I’m a crier,” Travis replied, to which Taylor added, “You were weeping.”
The couple gushed over supporting each other both personally and professionally.
Swift credited the “New Heights” podcast for getting her “a boyfriend” after Travis publicly announced on the show that he tried to meet the singer and failed at one of her concerts in 2023.
Meanwhile, the All-Pro tight end repeatedly said he is “the luckiest guy in the world.”
They went on to discuss their shared love for sourdough bread and otters, while Kelce thanked Swift for helping him adjust to her level of fame.
Kelce also praised Swift for embracing his world and learning about the sport of football.
“I didn’t know what a first down was, I didn’t know what the chains were, I didn’t know what a tight end was,” Swift, 35, said, laughing. “I fell in love with it. I became obsessed with it.”
