Brooklyn Beckham gives rare insight into Nicola Peltz marriage after ‘beautiful’ wedding vow renewal
Brooklyn Beckham thinks married life with wife Nicola Peltz Beckham is “like a never-ending play date.”
“We don’t like to go out for dinner, really,” the photographer told People at an AirBnB Originals event Friday. “We don’t like to party or anything like that. When we are together, which is a lot of the time, we just hang out with our four dogs, and drink wine at home.”
The couple — who first tied the knot in April 2022 — renewed their vows last week after three years of marriage.
Brooklyn told People he and his wife “just wanted a really beautiful experience — a really cute memory.”
“To be honest, I could renew my vows every single day with her,” he continued.
“I think the most important thing that someone can do is find that person that they’re going to spend the rest of their life with. It definitely shapes you as a person. Yeah, it was really, really cute. It was really fun.”
The candid comments come amid an ongoing feud with Brooklyn’s family.
First there were rumblings that Brooklyn’s mother Victoria, 51, reportedly “ruined” the couple’s wedding by hijacking the newlyweds’ first dance.
In May, an insider claimed to People that Nicola ran “from the room crying” because of what occurred and a source claimed to Page Six the incident “wasn’t a one-off,” adding, “It’s a pattern that still happens to this day.”
As the alleged rift deepened, Nicola and Brooklyn skipped out on his dad David Beckham’s 50th birthday bash in May — with Brooklyn subsequently taking to social media to declare he will “always choose” his wife.
Meanwhile, Brooklyn’s brothers Cruz, 20, and Romeo, 22, seemingly took sides in the feud — Page Six confirmed last month that the couple and the brothers had unfollowed each others’ Instagram accounts.
A source told us at the time that “Brooklyn and Nicola didn’t purposely unfollow the siblings,” adding, “It’s possible they were blocked.”
Romeo and Brooklyn reportedly clashed after Romeo began a romantic relationship with Brooklyn’s ex Kim Turnbull.
The former couple split in June after seven months of dating, but Brooklyn was said to have been angered that his parents seemingly supported Turnbull and Romeo’s romance by including her in family events like David’s birthday bash.
Brooklyn and Nicola attempted to put the brakes on the feud as Cruz posted a series of savage messages via social media that were directed at his sister-in-law and brother.
Per TMZ, the duo’s team reached out to David, Victoria, Romeo and Cruz to request that they refrain from “leaking negative stories” or to stop communicating with them. According to the outlet’s source, Cruz continued publicly posting the insults — including messages like “Ur dead to me” — via Instagram.
The outlet claimed that Brooklyn and Peltz feel the escalating drama is “counterproductive.”
TMZ reported on Monday that in an additional snub, Victoria and David Beckham — along with their three youngest kids — were not present at Brooklyn’s vow renewal.
The couple didn’t seem to mind, however — they were seen days later packing on the PDA with a loved-up walk in New York.
