NYC designer Martha Nolan’s body had ‘no signs of violence’ when she was found dead on Montauk boat

The body of a Manhattan fashion designer found dead at an upscale Hamptons boat club “did not show evidence of violence,” Suffolk County police said Wednesday.

The revelation comes one day after Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra, 33, was found unconscious on a boat docked at the ritzy Montauk Yacht Club around midnight and was later pronounced dead.

An autopsy determined that the victim did not show signs of a violent death, but police have yet to announce a cause of death or any details surrounding her mysterious demise.

Cops also revealed that good Samaritans tried to resuscitate Nolan-O’Slatarra after she was found unconscious on the boat, one of two owned by the same individual, sources told The Post.

Nolan-O’Slatarra, a popular Big Apple designer, was known to summer in the Hamptons, where she is a well-known local figure at the upscale waterfront community.

Suffolk County police have not revealed the cause of death nor the circumstances surrounding the tragedy that has shaken many in Montauk – a summer retreat known for its wealth.

A native of Ireland, Nolan-O’Slatarra moved to the US at the age of 26 and began her career by launching pop-ups featuring the summer wear brand East x East in the Hamptons in 2023, she told the Irish Independent in an interview last year.

Her business partner posted a moving farewell on Instagram on Wednesday.

“We dreamed big together, laughed harder than anyone else could understand and built so much for nothing,” Dylan Grace, who started the design company East x East with boat club victim Martha Nolan-O’Slatarra in 2023 said in a moving Instagram post.

“I’m truly blessed and grateful to have had you in my life,” Grace wrote. “Love you so much Mar. Fly high girl.”
