Kelly Osbourne ‘won’t be OK for a while’ after dad Ozzy’s death

In the wake of her late father Ozzy Osbourne’s death, Kelly Osbourne is thanking fans for their outpouring of support — and letting them know she “won’t be okay” for a while.

On Monday, the Prince of Darkness’ youngest daughter, 40, shared a message on her Instagram story, writing, “from the bottom of my heart, thank you 💜.”

“I’ve sat down to write this a hundred times and still don’t know if the words will ever feel like enough,” her statement read. “The love, support, and beautiful messages I’ve received from so many of you have truly helped carry her through the hardest moment of my life.”

She continued, “Every kind word, every shared memory, every bit of compassion has meant more than I can ever explain.”

The former “Fashion Police” host also shared how she and her family are processing the loss of the Black Sabbath legend.

“Grief is a strange thing — it sneaks up on your in waves,” she said. “I will not be OK for a while — but knowing my family are not alone in our pain makes a difference.”

“I’m holding on tight to the love, the light, and the legacy left behind,” she continued.

Kelly concluded her note by expressing gratitude to her followers for “being there,” adding that she “loves [them] all so much.”

Her post also included hashtags #BirminghamForever and #OzzyForever, with the late rocker’s “See You on the Other Side” playing in the background.

Ozzy died on July 22 at the age of 76. He was “surrounded by love,” his family told The Post.

“It is with more sadness than mere words can convey that we have to report that our beloved Ozzy Osbourne has passed away this morning,” the statement from Kelly, his wife, Sharon Osbourne, and three of his other children, Jack, Aimee and Louis, read.

It continued, “He was with his family and surrounded by love. We ask everyone to respect our family privacy at this time.”

Two days after saying goodbye to her father, Kelly broke her silence with a heartfelt message.

“I feel unhappy. I am so sad. I lost the best friend I ever had 💔,” she shared on her Instagram story on July 24.

Kelly and her family gathered on July 30 for a funeral procession in Ozzy’s hometown of Birmingham, England, to honor the late heavy metal icon.

As a tribute to her father, Kelly wore a pair of round wire-trimmed sunglasses — a nod to one of Ozzy’s signature looks.

Ozzy was laid to rest the next day beside the lake at his home in Buckinghamshire for a private funeral with his star-studded fellow rockers in attendance.
