Swastikas, racial slur etched into kids playground equipment at Long Island park: cops

Long Island authorities are hunting down a hateful vandal who carved swastikas and a racial slur into playground equipment at a public park.

An employee at Wantagh Park in Nassau County noticed the abhorrent graffiti – which included two swastikas, each about six-by-six inches in size – and reported it to police around 3 p.m. Friday, according to the Nassau Police Department, which declined to divulge the nature of the racial slur.

Cops have yet to make any arrests.
