Jordan Clarkson, Knicks could give each other exactly what they’ve been desperately missing



In some ways, Jordan Clarkson is the prototype player and personality for the second unit. 

He can certainly score, often in bunches, and isn’t shy about creating off the dribble and launching shots. But at 33 years old and joining the Knicks next season on a one-year deal, there are also questions about the state of Clarkson’s game. 

After all, it has been a while since he played meaningful basketball. 

“Hard to say where he is now,” a Western Conference scout said. “The Jazz didn’t want to win the last three years. They basically shut him down last season so they could lose.
