Angel Reese jokingly chides Fever player after latest WNBA game featuring flying sex toy

Angel Reese doesn’t mind getting a little cheeky about the WNBA’s sudden flying sex toys drama.

Two apparent dildos have been thrown onto the court during games this week and Reese had some fun on X with a Fever player after one landed on the court Friday while her Sky battled the Valkyries.

“hey @SydJColson, why do you keep throwing your mean green in different arenas…. it’s getting weird,” Reese tweeted Friday to the Fever’s Sydney Colson, who joked after the first incident Tuesday that “Sorry I did NOT mean to throw that so far y’all 🥴😣💚.”

It appears there may be a running gag after green sex toys made their way onto the court during a pair of Valkyries games this week.

The first incident happened during the fourth quarter of the Valkyries’ 77-75 road win over the Dream when an apparent lime green dildo landed on the court.

Play halted while police and arena security removed the object from the cout.

“Oh my gosh, OK, inappropriate,” TV announcer Morgan Ragan said. “Get ’em out of here, whoever it is.”

Friday’s drama unfolded during the third quarter of the Valkyries’ 73-66 road win over Reese’s Sky, although the referee just kicked the object off the court so play could continue.

Reese did not play due to a back injury, and Colson responded to the star’s tweet with a smirking photo.

While Reese laughed, others in the league are not pleased.

“It’s super disrespectful,” said teammate and Sky center Elizabeth Williams, per the Associated Press. “I don’t really get the point of it. It’s really immature. Whoever is doing it needs to grow up.”

Fever star Sophie Cunningham also had a stern response on X.

“Stop throwing dildos on the court… you’re going to hurt one of us,” she posted Friday night.

Liberty center Isabelle Harrison added that “it’s not funny.”

“ARENA SECURITY?! Hello??! Please do better. It’s not funny. never was funny,” Harrison posted. “Throwing ANYTHING on the court is so dangerous.

The expansion Valkyries return to the court Sunday against Vegas and there surely will be those monitoring if the game features a third sex toy incident this week.
