Andy Cohen Roasts Jax Taylor For Wearing Lifts At ‘The Valley’s Reunion: “Just When You Think Jax Can’t Get Any Lower”
Andy Cohen is the latest to poke fun at Jax Taylor for wearing lifts to The Valley reunion.
Internet sleuths scoped out Taylor’s $118 TOTO sneakers, which are described on Amazon as “height increasing elevator shoes” meant to give wearers an extra 2.4 inches of tallness. The Valley alum, who announced his exit from future seasons last month, has been relentlessly roasted by fans—and now, Cohen—ever since his shoe choice was outed online.
“Tonight’s Jackhole goes to the revelation that Jax Taylor was wearing lifts at The Valley reunion, despite sitting down the entire time,” Cohen said at the end of Thursday night’s (July 31) Watch What Happens Live. “Just when you think Jax can’t get any lower, you realize he actually is about 2.4 inches lower.”
“But you know what?” Cohen continued. “The real Jackhole is me because I kind of want a pair of those lifts.”
This isn’t the first time Taylor has been exposed for wearing lifts. During a 2019 episode of Watch What Happens Live, Brittany Cartwright provided producers with embarrassing facts about Taylor in a game of “Dirty Little SURcrets.” At one point, the announcer said, “Jax secretly wears heel inserts in his shoes to make him look taller … and fun fact, so does [Tom] Sandoval!”
While Tom Schwartz found it hilarious, Taylor muttered, “I swear to God, we told people we would kill them if they told them that.”
Fans, meanwhile, have been dragging Taylor for wearing lifts at The Valley’s reunion.
“The lifts in Jax’s shoes are really making me laugh. You’re wearing a heel sir,” one wrote, while another added, “The lifts on Jax’s shoes are taking me out. I cannot handle this man on my screen!”
A third person said, “Jax wears shoe lifts? He has a napoleon complex? It explains a lot.”
Watch What Happens Live airs Sunday through Thursday at 10 p.m. ET on Bravo. New episodes are available to stream the next day on Peacock.
