345 Park Ave office building where NYC shooting occured contains HQs for Blackstone, NFL, KPMG and more
The deadly Park Avenue shooting happened at one of the the most exclusive addresses in Midtown Manhattan — the “Blackstone Building,” which is home to financial giant Blackstone, the NFL and accounting firm KPMG among a slew of other corporate names.
The gunman was found dead on the 33rd floor of the building, according to sources. That floor houses offices for building owner Rudin and others, sources told The Post.
The soaring high-rise at 345 Park Ave. serves as the global headquarters of Blackstone, an investment firm that bills itself as “the world’s largest alternative asset manager’’ overseeing more than $1 trillion.
Blackstone has famously been in the building since 1988, starting out with a two-floor, 70,000-square-foot lease.
It last re-upped its tenant contract in July 2024 for at least another five years and now occupies more that 1 million square feet on a total of 28 floors, according to citybiz.
The building also houses the NFL’s global headquarters on the fifth floor.
Other tenants include the powerhouse law firm of Loeb & Loeb and pharmaceutical giant Bristol Myers Squib to WAFRA, an investment firm backed by Kuwait’s public pension fund.
Rudin referred all requests for comment Monday to the New York Police Department.
