Ashley Judd is feeling carefree!

On July 23, the actress, 57, posted an empowering video on Instagram of herself in her bathing suit as she declared herself part of the “We Don’t Care Club.”

She tagged Melani Sanders, who founded the social media movement that celebrates women approaching midlife in the caption of the post, before writing, “🌊BALTIC SEA EDITION🌊🌎‘Cause menopause (peri — post) is human biology. It is universal to females and global.”

Judd is seen in the video wearing a dark green swimsuit with a scoop neckline while standing knee-deep in the sea.

“Hi, I’m Ashley and I am a member of the ‘We Don’t Care Club!’ ” she said. “And when I’m in my swimsuit, sometimes I get a little chafing right down there, so I put on cornstarch. Good trick … and then there’s like a white thing there and if you see it, I don’t care.”

Judd showed what appeared to be a “non-stinging” jellyfish in her hand, as she also declared herself as part of the ‘Make Stuff Up Club’ for “inner children.”

Having fun in the sea, the Lazareth actress also demonstrated a series of “tricks,” including handstands and a backflip in the water.

“Oh, I probably have cellulite and I don’t care. And I got hungry bum and I don’t care!” she said elsewhere in the video.

“What can be a hope of ‘We Don’t Care Club?’ What will I, with my freedom and mirth, when I let go of caring about stupid, controlling norms about my female body, be free to enJOY? Play!🪁Be silly!🎈Have Fun!🧚🏽Feel Boundless Joy!💝,” Judd said in the caption of the video.

“I bask in the unselfconscious being-ness of my True Self. My Inner Child is free to emerge. She feels confidence and glee,” she continued.

Judd concluded her post by thanking Sanders, 46, for “getting us all started” with the movement.

Sanders has gained a huge following on social media in recent months after creating the ‘We Don’t Care Club.’ Her videos often openly discuss her experience going through perimenopause.

Perimenopause is the transitional period before menopause, which typically starts affecting women in their mid-40s.
