Hanna and Haley Cavinder Reveal Results of Nearly Identical Boob Jobs

Haley and Hanna Cavinder are ride-or-die.

The former college athletes and social media influencers upped their twin synchronicities recently when they decided to get nearly identical breast augmentations done at the same time.

Haley and Hanna first revealed news of their transformations on July 16, with a TikTok video showing them just hours before their surgery with Texas-based plastic surgeon Dr. Jon Kurkjian.

The clip showed Haley under anesthesia as her sister danced in the pre-op room. “Still trying to figure out how being 3 minutes older means she gets her [boob] job first,” Hanna joked in the caption.

In the days since, the Cavinders have been updating their followers on their recovery and sharing the exact details of their cosmetic enhancement, which has entailed low-profile under-the-muscle 190 cc mini Motiva SmoothSilk Ergonmix implants (which are 250 in regular sizing).

According to the company’s website, the specific design is made to “mimic the look, feel, and movement of natural breast tissue,” which is exactly what the Cavinders were looking for. “We wanted a perky look,” explained Haley in a July 23 TikTok video, adding that she wanted enhanced breasts that look proportional to her figure. “Pricing, we paid roughly between $8,000 to $9,000,” revealed Hanna.

Haley explained that her new look took some getting used to “because I’ve never seen myself with this.” Hanna got real about how the transformation has changed her confidence. “When you have an insecurity, there are certain things you can’t change, and this is something we really, really have been wanting.” Haley added: “I feel so much more feminine.”

Shortly after their surgery, Haley defended why the two had the same surgery at the same time. “Going through a recovery from a boob job with my twin makes me want to go through a pregnancy with her, too, because we keep each other company. Everyone’s like, you always do everything together, and I’m like, no s—, I guarantee you would too. I was in the womb with her.”

In another video, Hannah and Haley also addressed some of the comments criticizing the size of their upgraded chests.

“People think that we’re gonna go from zero to 100 or double Ds. God forbid we get a size that fits us and what we want. Posting this journey, I want to show females they can do what they want and body positivity. Just because a female wants massive boots, that’s great for her, but I do love my physique and I didn’t want my boobs to be the main focus,” said Haley.
